PAYMENT – We offer flexible payment schedules for reservations booked at least 3 months in advance. Payment equal to at least half of the rental amount is due immediately upon reserving the property. Fees include a non-refundable cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit. The refundable damage deposit is due at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Your damage deposit is refunded back to your credit card or a check is mailed to you 3 days after checking-out. Please make payments in the form of check, Visa, Mastercard, or discover. The online payment process is simple and secure! We are not able to save dates without the required payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation or early departure during your stay does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit, unless you have purchased additional travel insurance coverage, and in that event you may apply for a refund with the travel insurance agency. Fee for cancellation with less than 60 days-notice will incur the following charge: 60 – 46 days 15% of rental amount; 45- 30 days 25% of rental amount; 29 – 15 days 50% of the rental amount; less than 15 days shall not warrant any refunds. In addition to the above, a 6% credit card fee is charged on all cancellation refund amounts. Owner may cancel reservations within 30 days of guest arrival time, due to circumstances causing the property to become unavailable with a full refund to guest, to be processed within 10 days of notification of cancellation.

-Los Angeles International (LAX) is the largest airport and services many international flights. It is a 45 minute drive from Disneyland.
-Long Beach Airport (LGB) is very easy. You only have to make 2 turns from the airport to our townhouse, and you are in our parking lot! You also avoid freeways. Jet Blue has a hub at Long Beach Airport. It is a 30 minute drive.
-Santa Ana/John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) is a 15 minute drive and is the closest airport to Disneyland and us.

No cars may park in the condo parking lot without the proper permits. There is one assigned parking space for use. Garage parking is also available for small to mid-size vehicles only. The complex's Security Patrol does not hesitate to impound unauthorized vehicles. Parking in Anaheim is challenging and there are not many available alternatives.Large vehicles such as trailers and motorhomes are not permitted in the condo parking lot at any time. Please plan accordingly.
